How to take:
1. Heat oven to 425°F. Place paper baking cups in muffin cups, or grease (or spray with non-stick cooking spray) muffin cups.

2. Combine mix, eggs, oil, water and heavy cream in a large bowl. Stir until moistened.

3. Divide Batter evenly into 12 muffin cups. Bake 16-21 minutes. Test muffins at the lowest suggested baking time. Muffins are done when toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean. Cool 5-10 minutes and remove from tray before serving.
