How to take SneezEze:
Adults and
children age 12 and older: Before using, gently blow your nose to clear
the nasal passage. With you head in a normal, upright position place tip
of the dispenser just past the nasal opening (approx. 1/8") and breathe
normally through your nose. Keeping the bottle upright, squeeze the bottle
with firm pressure distributing the powder into the nostril. Repeat in
other nostril.
Do not blow your nose for several minutes after using SneezEze.
If desired, you may use more than one squeeze in each nostril.
One to two doses daily will provide lasting relief; however, the dose
may be increased as the environment and symptoms require.
SneezEze precautions:
For nasal
use only. Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms do not improve within
seven days or are accompanied by a fever. Do NOT use in chidren under
12 years of age. Do not take this product without your doctor approval
if you are pregnant or are breast-feeding. Keep out of the reach of children.
SneezEze does not cause drowsiness, nor is it habit forming. It is both
tasteless and odorless.
