How to take 5-HTP 50 mg:
Take 1-4 capsules before bedtime or as
directed by your health care professional. Start with one capsule per
day, gradually increasing dosage up to four capsules daily, if needed.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
How to take 5-HTP 200 mg:
As an herbal dietary supplement, take
1 Vcap per day, preferably on an empty stomach at bedtime.
Side effects: In some people, nausea, headaches, nasal congestion,
or constipation may occur. If these symptoms occur, lower the dose, or
spread the dose throughout the day. Discontinue use if any of these symptoms
persist for more than three days.
Precautions:
